Parking Tower Maintenance Notice

The parking tower at Leofoo Residences will undergo routine maintenance on Friday, October 31, from 09:00 to 18:00.
To ensure the safety of your vehicle, please make sure to remove your car from the parking tower before the maintenance period.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

For Guests In-House:
❙ Free (If your vehicle does not meet the regulations for parking in the Leofoo Residences, you will have to find another suitable parking lot and the cost of parking will be borne by the owner of the vehicle.)
Monthly Rental:
❙ Full-day Monthly Rental: NT$5,500
❙ 12-hour Monthly Rental: NT$4,500 (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
Temporary Parking:
❙ NT$80 per hour
Monday to Sunday: NT$240 for 6 hours
(Enjoy a two-hour bonus for parking 4 hours or more; under 4 hours will be charged at the original rate)

Located on the top floor of Leofoo Residence, the rooftop bar offers an unobstructed view of Taipei 101 in the heart of Zhongshan District. With the sunset as a backdrop, it’s one of Taipei’s most scenic corners.
Leofoo Residence operates as a serviced apartment hotel and the rooftop bar is open from Thursday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Come enjoy the stunning view, fine drinks, and professional bartending service.
